Dedicated to the many pilgrims who visit Cascia

Blessed and inaugurated in 2008 by H.E. Msgr. Riccardo Fontana, the Hall of Peace was created to offer more space for those moments of the year when many pilgrims fill the Basilica to honour Saint Rita of Cascia. Its name bears the founding principle of the Ritian message, which pursues peace through dialogue and reconciliation.

The facility

It is a multi-purpose facility that can accommodate around 700 people; it was built without architectural barriers to allow everyone to participate in Celebrations. On Sundays with a great turnout of the faithful, in the Hall of Peace we assure you of the morning liturgical celebrations to give everyone the opportunity of taking part in Holy Mass.
